Protect Yourself From the Heat

Here are some tips for staying cool and safe while the temperature rises.

Ah, summer. After a frustrating false start, including cold and wet weather, summertime appears to have arrived. It has brought the usual warm weather, which is great in theory. But in practice, hot weather can be dangerous if you don't take the proper precautions.

Wear protective clothing and hats, and be sure to use plenty of sunscreen.
