Patchy Weekend Ahead

Rain could put a damper on Easter, but it's unlikely.

The weather in Clayton at the end of the week is similar to that at the beginning. I expect partly cloudy skies with average daytime temperatures in the high 60s and lows in the high 40s.  We should see the most blue in the sky Friday. This will allow for some radiation to heat us up to a high of 70 degrees.

More clouds should move into the area throughout the weekend. They most likely will be fair weather cumulus, meaning they have no ability to produce rain.  However, they may congest, and cumulus clouds are capable of growing and strengthening, bringing rain to the region.

If rain does come to Clayton, it will fall Saturday night. There is a slight chance of rain Sunday, but it would be nothing more than a quick shower or sprinkle.
