There is lots to do this last weekend in February.

  • Why Go: Billy Martini uses the party classics of the 70’s to transport the audience back in time. Billy and his band whip up an intoxicating mix of funk, disco, R&B and rock.

  • Where/When: ; Feb. 27, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Why Go: Clayton holds it's annual Chili Cook-off.
  • Pricing: Free
  • Where/When: ; Feb. 27 at 4:30 p.m.
  • Why Go: Join STAND for Families Free of Violence to view the 83rd Academy Awards on the big screen. This fundraiser will feature a live simulcast of the Oscars, food, raffles and prizes.
  • Pricing: $45 in advance, $55 at the door
  • Where/When: ; Feb. 26 at 2 p.m.
  • Why Go: Tour the historic Borges Ranch while learning what life was like there 100 years ago.
  • Pricing: Free
  • Where/When: ; Feb 25 through March 3, multiple showtimes
  • Why Go: The International Film Showcase brings “Illegal” to the theater. It’s about a strong-will Russian woman that has a prolonged stay in a Belgian immigration detention center.
