Osama Bin Laden Killed by U.S. Forces; What Are Your Thoughts?
The mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in New York and on the Pentagon, and on the plane that went down in Pennsylvania, was killed in Pakistan.
Osama bin Laden has been killed, President Barack Obama told the nation Sunday night.
"I can report to the American people and the world that the United States has conducted an operation that has killed Osama bin Laden," the president said.
Bin Laden, the mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon, and who was responsible for the plane that went down in Pennsylvania, was said to have been killed while in a remote region of Pakistan. Obama said his body is in U.S. hands.
