Animals on Broadway

  • Where/When: ; May 15, 10:30am–4pm
  • Why Go: Join Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) as they celebrate 11 years of Animals on Broadway. The festivities kick off with a one-mile Pet Walk. Walk individually or in a Pack to raise money to help save more of ARF's furry friends. Enjoy the Pet Wellness Fair, adoptions, music and more!

Mount Diablo Music Education Foundation All Area Music Festival
  • Where/When: ; May 14, 2pm
  • Why Go: The Mount Diablo Music Education Foundation will be hosting the 2nd annual All Area Music Festival featuring music students from the various elementary, middle and high schools, performing different styles of music and vocals. 
  • Price: $10 for the first ticket, $5 each additional
 Cinderella
  • Where/When: ; May 13, 7pm–8:30pm
  • Why Go: This performance is the slap-stick comedy of Cinderella, brought to you by a wonderful after-school enrichment program called Defying Gravity Foundation. The foundation is open to all 5th -8th grade students in the Concord/Clayton area.
  • Price: $3 for children under 12, adults are $5
 5th Annual Les Schwab Car Show
  • Where: ; May 15, 8am–2pm
  • Why Go: Over 200 entries, 20 Awards, Food, Raffle, Live Music and more! Family friendly environment, with no charge to spectators. Raffle starts at 11am with awards at 2pm.
  • Price: $25 to enter vehicle, no charge to spectators
Cast Offs Teen Knitting Group
  • Where/When: ; May 15, 2pm–4pm
  • Why Go: Teens are welcome to bring in current projects to work on and past ones to show off, and our knitting instructor will be on hand to answer any questions you might have. Get the answers you need to finish your projects and advice on pattern and yarn selection for future ones.
