How's the real estate market?
It's still a seller's market in Concord these days, though you may have noticed that. What is happening though is a bit of softening. Perhaps spurred by the rise in interest rates? Perhaps the seasonal lull of August? Either way, we are starting to see some price reductions and even a few listings expiring without selling. WHAT? Yes! So it's a great time for sellers to be cautious in their pricing. This is the beginning of the season that can lead to what we call "chasing the market." You don't want to price too high, and chase the market down. The longer your home is on the market, the less you will net. It's a fact.Here are some charts of activity in Concord housing.
