What would you like to see fill the vacant spaces at Concord's Park & Shop?
There are three vacant spaces at Concord Park & Shop, the shopping center on Willow Pass Road in front of Fry’s Electronics. We would like to know what you would like to see here.
This space is in the Concord Park & Shop Shopping Center on Willow Pass Road, near Hwy 242, and next to stores like Fry’s, Jo-Ann’s, Payless Shoes, and others. These spaces were previously occupied by Bay Books for 22 years, Aaron’s Lease to Own for about 12 years, and Fashion Tune for about 10 years. Each space is about 5,000 square feet and could be used for almost anything.
