Hobby Lobby To Open Location in Concord
An arts and crafts super store is moving into a space near you.
City officials confirmed Tuesday that a Hobby Lobby will be opening in Concord, California. The arts and crafts store will occupy the space at 1280 Willow Pass Road that formerly contained a sporting goods store called Sports Chalet, according to city staff.
Project developers say they have received a demolition permit and are in the process of obtaining building permits. The project’s timeline has not been finalized.
Hobby Lobby is based in Oklahoma City and has more than 560 stores in the United States of America.
