Gator Bob's Closes, Hopes to Reopen in Pleasant Hill

The discount warehouse on Salvio Street lost its lease and shut down at the end of March.

Bargain hunters will be disappointed to hear that Gator Bob's in Concord is closed for business.

The warehouse on Salvio Street lost its lease, according to the Gator Bob's Facebook page, and shut its doors on March 30.

Gator Bob's is currently "hoping to reopen in Pleasant Hill in mid June to early July."

The store stocked an ever-changing array of discount goods ranging from craft supplies and kitchenware to jewelry and holiday decor. Gator Bob's originally hosted seasonal sales at different locations in Concord and Benicia before settling at the Salvio Street warehouse in January, 2012.
