This sales event will benefit the Mount Diablo Music Education Foundation and the United Mount Diablo Athletic Foundation

"If you are planning to buy a car in the next six months, now is the time to do it," says Joan Miller, president of the education foundation. "Not only are the auto dealers offering great prices during this event, they are also helping to support our kids during these difficult financial times."

Concord has been dubbed the "Car Capital of the East Bay" because it has the largest number of auto sales and leases in the area. The city is partnering with its new car dealerships in this first-time event to encourage car sales in Concord, while supporting music and sports programs in the schools. Auto sales are a significant contributor of sales tax to the city.
