- Why Go: Join Diablo Ballet for its Angelina Ballerina children's story time. Costumed dancers will read this popular children's book.

MINI MOTORLAND IN MARTINEZ
- Where/When: ; April 2, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Why Go: Bring your children ages 2 through 5 to drive their ride-on cars indoors on a track in this annual event. The city has created a thoroughfare with gas stops, drive-thrus and other fun amenities. All kinds of vehicles are welcome, such as electric cars, tricycles, Big Wheels, etc. — just no gas-powered rigs.

LIVERY SPRING FLING
- Where: Danville Livery, Sycamore Valley Road at San Ramon Valley Blvd; April 2, 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Why Go: Celebrate springtime at the Livery: Free kids' train rides, bounce house, balloon twisting, face painting, arts & crafts, live music, magic and puppet show, and more.
- Price: Free
- Where/When: Sunol Regional Wilderness Park; April 2 at 11 a.m.
- Why Go: Sunol Regional Wilderness celebrates the season at its Spring Wildflower Festival, featuring kid-friendly hikes, arts and crafts, face painting, games, music and more.

MUNCHKIN MONDAYS AT SKY HIGH SPORTS
- Where/When: ; Mondays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Why Go: With no big kids in the way, kids six-years-old and under can jump on Sky High's floor and wall trampolines.
- Price: $6
