According to users who voted in Patch's annual Deck the House contest, a home submitted by Deseree Branscum has the best holiday lights in Concord.
The house made it into the finals as one of 25 decked-out homes that stood a chance of winning $100,000 for local schools. The deadline to vote was Dec. 28 at 9 a.m.
