Viewfinder: End of a Major Homeless Encampment?

Five-day eviction process on Lowe's property alongside Arnold Industrial Drive comes to a head Thursday morning.

These photos were taken Wednesday morning at an extensive homeless encampment on Lowe's property in a vacant field alongside Arnold Industrial Drive in Concord.

For the last week, police and social services agencies have been trying to relocate more than a dozen people who live in the trees that line the field, and Thursday morning is the deadline the squatters have been given to vacate. is one of those offering services to the Lowe's encampment.
