Video: Black Friday Midnight Mayhem at the Mall

How crazy was the Sunvalley mall when it opened at midnight for Black Friday sales? Watch the video and find out.

Eager shoppers filled the Sunvalley Shopping Center Thanksgiving evening, awaiting the midnight opening of a host of stores so they could snag a Black Friday bargain.

The line outside Abercrombie & Fitch snaked its way far along the polished mall floors, and the crowd outside Hollister swelled and undulated as the clock struck twelve and a bare-chested male employee lifted the awning. Throughout the mall, shops were swarmed as their doors opened. Victoria's Secret and Forever 21 were flooded by groups of teenage girls browsing to the tune of excited chatter.

For the most part, the biggest sales day of the year began without a hitch. There was a little crowd pushing just before the stores opened, and a group of teenage boys dropped a stink bomb down into a line of shoppers — but despite the smell, and the hordes, the customers seemed satisfied with their bags of swag.
