Tuesday Night Blues Series Launches With Vintage Car Show, BBQ

Concord launches the 2014 Tuesday Night Blues series on July 1 at Todos Santos Plaza in downtown Concord with Anthony Paul and Frank Bey. 

The duo was voted Best Bay Area Blues Band for 2014, and will play from 6:30 to 8 p.m. 

In addition to great blues, visitors will be treated to Cool Concord Cars, a vintage car show from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

For the first time, Off the Grid will bring its selection of food trucks to the plaza for Blues, Brews & BBQs.

Tuesday Night Blues continues through the month of July with Frankie G & the Conviction (July 8), Chris Cain (July 15), Jeffrey Marshall and the Delta Dogs and the Breedloves (July 22), and local favorite Annie Sampson (July 29).

Off the Grid will be in the plaza for all the shows.

Todos Santos Plaza is located in downtown Concord on Willow Pass Road between Mt. Diablo and Grant streets. 

Free parking is available in two municipal garages.
