Today's photo is of Pedro Perez hard at work in the kettle corn stand at the Thursday farmers market.
On top of today's 90-degree fahrenheit temperature, Perez had to constantly stir the kettle, clean and oil the pan; throw the popcorn into a big bucket; take a deep breath and do it all over again - repeatedly, throughout the day. Woohf!
