How Well Do You Know Clayton?

Quite a few residents walk past this broken fence often. But who notices it?

Something I've learned about the "How Well Do You Know Clayton?" game is that people in Clayton know their town.

Every time I think I've got a tough one that will stump people, someone wins our little game within 30 minutes.

I'd like to think this time might be different, but I'm no longer underestimating Claytonians' observation skills.

If you're new to the site, the game is simple. Take a look at the photo to the right and tell me where I snapped the photo in the comments section.

I hesitate to give any hints, but, if no one comes up with the answer, then I'll give a tip or two.
