Formerly Obese Dog Reschedules Public Appearance in Concord

A dachshund that once weighed 77 pounds has become an international star in the fight to raise awareness about the dangers of pet obesity.

Due to the severe weather conditions Obie and his family encountered in Texas, his meet & greet in Concord has been revised.
