Have you always been a farmer? Our farm is a family business therefore I've grown up with the intention to join the business. Our farm has been around for 25 years, however I have been only an employee for six. I am thankful to be apart of my family's business.

How long will you be selling your stone fruits (peaches, nectarines, apricots and cherries)? Our stones fruits are typically ripe and ready to pick around April and will be fresh until the month of October. Cherries are picked the first week of May and will last throughout the summer season.

When can you tell that your products (cherries/stone fruits) are most fresh and ready to be picked? Either by the size or color. We pick our products each morning before bringing them to the farmers market so they are always fresh. The color however matters more than the size. When choosing your fruits/vegetables, you want to look for the richest of colors then you will know for a fact that it is ripe.

Why do you come to the Clayton Farmers Market? There is a better atmosphere as well as more customers.
