Join us on an evening hike in the Mitchell Canyon area to celebrate the night of the “blue moon”. Hear a few facts and stories about our lunar companion. Search for owls, bats, scorpions, tarantulas and other evening creatures. See and listen to what nature has to offer at night. Come back under the stars! About 2-3 miles with little elevation gain. Meet at the Mitchell Canyon Visitor Center. Bring a flashlight and a jacket. $6 per vehicle park entrance fee.
