Two BART trains heading toward San Francisco that left from the North Concord station are delayed 15 minutes this afternoon, according to a BART employee.
An equipment problem at North Concord delayed trains heading toward San Francisco on the Pittsburg/Bay Point line starting around 11:40 a.m., the employee said.
