Concord Library To Host 'Dream Job' Event

Professionals will be at the Concord Library to talk to teens about paving a path to success.

The Contra Costa County Library system will host a networking event for teens in Concord, California on Saturday. Organizers invited professionals who work in many different fields to bring their wisdom to the forefront of conversations. 

Adults who work in fashion, computer forensics, and the music industries will be at the Concord Library to talk to teens about their experiences. UFC GYM trainers and local restaurateurs will also be at the event to impart practical knowledge to teens who are outlining their career paths. 

The event is open to people between the ages of 12 and 18. It runs from 2-4 p.m. on October 19. To register for the event, visit this site.
