A Colorful Evening at Todos Santos Plaza
Big crowd watches and hears the RaveUps channel the British Invasion music of the 1960s.
It was a beautiful evening for setting up the lawn chairs in Todos Santos Plaza.
The RaveUps channeled some old music by the Yardbirds, Van Morrison and the Animals while people filled up their sacks with produce, and sometimes kettle corn, at the farmers market.
As the crowds grew, the Concord police decided to close a block of Salvio Street along the plaza, which curtailed of pedestrians and motorists.
